Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale govern consumer purchases made through conseilhome.com from DIREXION CONSEIL.

They should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to consumer orders placed through conseilhome.com.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the conditions applicable to the purchase, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

2. Product Information

The essential characteristics of products are presented on the relevant product pages.

Customers should review product descriptions, quantities, dimensions, specifications and other relevant information before ordering.

Product photographs are intended to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible. Appearance and colour may vary slightly depending on display settings.

3. Prices and VAT

Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT unless clearly indicated otherwise.

Applicable shipping charges are displayed before completion of the purchase.

Standard shipping costs €7.99.

Orders of €65 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

4. Order Process

Customers select products and proceed through the online checkout process.

Before submitting an order, customers should review the products, quantities, prices, delivery address, shipping charges and total amount payable.

Customers should correct any errors before completing the order.

5. Order Acceptance

Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment authorization.

DIREXION CONSEIL may refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including payment failure, product unavailability, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, a significant technical error or an unsupported delivery address.

If payment has already been collected for an order cancelled by DIREXION CONSEIL, the appropriate refund will be issued.

Invoices are provided for purchases.

8. Delivery Area

Delivery is available only to supported addresses in mainland metropolitan France.

We do not deliver to:

Corsica
Other islands
French overseas departments or territories
Military bases
PO Boxes
Addresses outside our supported delivery area

9. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping costs €7.99.

Orders of €65 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

The applicable shipping charge is displayed before completion of the order.

10. Processing and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated transit time following dispatch is 3–5 business days.

The daily order cut-off time is 16:00.

Tracking is provided for shipped orders.

11. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Subject to applicable statutory exceptions, consumers purchasing goods at a distance generally have 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to notify DIREXION CONSEIL of their decision to withdraw.

The customer does not need to provide a reason for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

The applicable procedure and Model Withdrawal Form are provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

12. 30-Day Commercial Return Policy

In addition to applicable statutory rights, DIREXION CONSEIL provides a 30-day commercial return period from receipt of the order.

This additional commercial return policy does not replace, reduce or restrict the statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights.

13. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible returns accepted under our 30-day commercial return policy, DIREXION CONSEIL bears the standard return shipping cost.

Customers should contact support@conseilhome.com before sending a return.

15. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted, subject to product availability and the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

16. Refunds

Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, DIREXION CONSEIL aims to process an approved refund within 3 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

This commercial processing target does not restrict applicable statutory refund rights.

17. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products

Customers who receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete order should contact:

Where DIREXION CONSEIL is responsible for the problem, DIREXION CONSEIL bears the necessary return or replacement shipping costs.

18. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Consumers benefit from applicable mandatory statutory guarantees, including the French legal guarantee of conformity where applicable.

These statutory rights are separate from the 30-day commercial return policy.

Nothing in these Terms reduces or replaces mandatory statutory guarantee rights. French official consumer guidance describes the legal guarantee of conformity as applying for at least two years in relevant cases.
