This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through conseilhome.com from DIREXION CONSEIL, operating the CONSEIL online store.

1. 30-Day Commercial Return Policy

In addition to applicable statutory consumer rights, CONSEIL provides a 30-day commercial return period.

Customers may request an eligible return within 30 days from the date the order is received.

2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing goods at a distance generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise this right, the customer must communicate a clear decision to withdraw before the applicable withdrawal period expires.

The statutory right of withdrawal is separate from and is not restricted by our 30-day commercial return policy.

Products returned under our commercial return policy should be returned in a condition that allows the return to be reasonably inspected and processed.

Customers should include or retain sufficient information to identify the relevant order.

Nothing in this section restricts rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods under applicable law.

Customers should contact us before returning an item so that the return can be properly identified and processed.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible returns accepted under our 30-day commercial return policy, DIREXION CONSEIL bears the standard return shipping cost.

Where a product is damaged, incorrect, incomplete or otherwise affected by an issue for which DIREXION CONSEIL is responsible, DIREXION CONSEIL also bears the necessary return or replacement shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted, subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will discuss the available resolution with the customer.

8. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product or is missing an item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Please provide your order information and details of the issue.

Where necessary, we may request photographs or other reasonable information to help us review the problem.

Where DIREXION CONSEIL is responsible, the necessary return or replacement shipping costs are borne by DIREXION CONSEIL.

9. Refund Processing

Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, an approved refund is normally processed within 3 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear after processing may depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Our 3-business-day processing target does not limit any mandatory statutory refund rights.

10. Refunds Following Statutory Withdrawal

Where a customer validly exercises a statutory right of withdrawal, reimbursement will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Applicable statutory reimbursement includes amounts that must legally be reimbursed following withdrawal.

The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed where legally permitted.

11. Original Shipping Charges

For returns made solely under the additional 30-day commercial return policy after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, treatment of the original delivery charge is governed by the terms of the commercial return policy and applicable law.

This does not restrict reimbursement of eligible initial delivery costs where required following the valid exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal.
