Where does CONSEIL deliver?
CONSEIL delivers only to supported addresses in mainland metropolitan France. We do not deliver to Corsica, other islands, French overseas departments or territories, military bases or PO Boxes.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs €7.99. Orders of €65 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3–5 business days.
What is the daily order cut-off?
The daily order cut-off is 16:00. Processing times are measured in business days.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information is provided for shipped orders when available for the applicable shipment.
What payment methods are accepted?
CONSEIL accepts Visa and Mastercard. The store currency is EUR.

How are refunds processed?
